These terms and conditions apply to all events organized by RSC Gravelmasterclass e.V., in particular:

Registration is carried out through the registration channel announced by the club (e.g., via email, online registration, or in person). Registration is only considered binding upon confirmation by the club. The club reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.

Every participant takes part in the event voluntarily and at their own risk. Before the start of the event, each participant must independently verify:

Events generally take place regardless of changing weather conditions. The club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten, or alter routes if deemed necessary for safety reasons.

There is no entitlement to a refund of any costs incurred in such cases.
The participant acknowledges that cycling—particularly riding on gravel, forest, and field paths—involves typical risks. These include, among others:
These risks cannot be completely ruled out even with the greatest possible care. Participation is therefore at one's own risk.
RSC Gravelmasterclass e.V. is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the club is only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected. Statutory liability provisions otherwise remain unaffected.
Each participant is personally responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage. This applies in particular to:
Photo, video, and drone recordings may be made during events. These recordings may be used in particular for the following purposes:
Processing takes place in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Upon registration, the participant agrees that image and video recordings of their person may be made during the event and used for the purposes specified in Section 12. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected. The revocation must be addressed to RSC Gravelmasterclass e.V. in text form.
Personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection laws. The privacy policy published on the website applies. Privacy Policy.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
